"During the dog days of Covid-19 & being locked down, it was time to pull out all of my policies & do some comparison shopping on insurance rates. That was 2/2/21, February as we were all in the midst of our 6 months of winter. I was referred to Eric Schlicht by Rochester real estate agent , Mr. Jerami King. We grabbed our paperwork & registrations, met with Eric himself, compared exact policies, deductibles, rates & some additional policies for the society we now live in (Liability) plus a wedding ring rider, above the basic homeowners coverage. So his prices beat my former carrier , by $400 a year & beat a local Allstate office by $600 per year. Yes I save more than most by being in my sixties and having a crystal clear record ( By the grace of God) Also bundled my Home 2 cars Exposure liability & the wedding ring. What sets this full service agency apart is the staff & the access they all provide. I have had many wonderful conversations with Ashlee W. , Miss Pam, Miss Sue & even the man behind the curtain Eric. The dialogue & conversation is so easy & simply as Eric even provides his cell # if needed. I have called the office while sitting in a car dealership to get a quote as every once in a while a Z, X or GT package will push your rates into another bracket, if you have that VIN # handy the office can give you exact & factual quotes. In my 2.5 years with State Farm, I have gotten quotes from 2 other places , as a form of checks & balances, yet Eric is still the man for our family."

"A bit disappointed. We have been loyal customers of this office for over 20 years and i asked to change our monthly pay day by a few weeks as my monthly payday changed and they were unwilling or unable to do so. Seems like an easy enough request and a bit frustrating that they didn't even try to accommodate."
